These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of LocalToNet, which is owned and operated by LocalToNet. By accessing or using any part of the LocalToNet website or services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms and conditions in their entirety, you may not access or use LocalToNet. This Agreement includes all operating rules, policies, and procedures published on this Site by LocalToNet from time to time, including, without limitation, the LocalToNet Privacy Policy.

Proper Use:

You agree to use LocalToNet in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You are prohibited from transmitting or distributing any content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, contains viruses, or is otherwise objectionable as determined by LocalToNet. You may not use LocalToNet to violate the rules and agreements of any other service or product, including hacking, botting, scraping, data mining, or any other unauthorized automation. You shall not use LocalToNet for any inappropriate purpose, such as reselling, duplicating, or exploiting any part of LocalToNet without written permission. Violations may result in the termination of this Agreement, account suspension or cancellation without a refund, and possible legal consequences.

Copyright Policy:

LocalToNet respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. All content on the LocalToNet website is the property of LocalToNet or its licensors, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Your use of the Site grants you a right to review the content using a conventional internet browser only. Any other use, including copying, is strictly prohibited.

Payment Terms:

Certain Services require payment. You agree to pay LocalToNet the fees for each Service you purchase or use, in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented. You authorize LocalToNet to charge your credit card on a monthly, annual, or other agreed-upon basis, in advance of providing the Services. Services may be interrupted for accounts that are 7 days past due. Fees are non-refundable, except as provided in these Terms or when required by law. All fees are exclusive of taxes or duties imposed by governing authorities. You are responsible for payment of all such taxes or duties.

Modification of Fees and Services:

LocalToNet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its services for any reason without prior notice. LocalToNet may change fees with 30 days' notice. You are responsible for canceling your account.

Refunds:

Refund requests must be submitted within the first 24 hours. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

Changes:

LocalToNet may modify or replace any part of this Agreement at itssole discretion. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Agreement for changes. Your continued use of or access to LocalToNet following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

General Representation and Warranty:

You represent and warrant that (i) your use of LocalToNet will be in strict accordance with the LocalToNet Privacy Policy, this Agreement, and all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside), and (ii) your use of LocalToNet will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LocalToNet and its affiliates, agents, officers, and employees from and against any third-party claims arising from or related to your use of LocalToNet, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys' fees. LocalToNet will provide you with written notice of any such claim, suit, or action. Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and LocalToNet and governs your use of LocalToNet, superseding any prior agreements between you and LocalToNet.
